The 11th ERA Convention

22 March 2016

The 11th ERA Convention will take place on 8 and 9 June in the conference area of the Hotel Clarion Sign in the Centre of Stockholm. Around 300 participants are expected, mostly representatives of the European rental industry but also of the world rental business, as well as manufacturers and suppliers to the rental business.

ERA will take the opportunity of this Convention to celebrate its 10th anniversary. What has changed over the last 10 years? How has ERA grown over those 10 years? What has been accomplished? But, most of all, how will the next 10 years of the rental business look like? These issues will be reviewed during those 2 days.

On 7 June, a dinner will be organised for the members and will be the official celebration of the 10th Anniversary.

On 8 June in the morning, the participants to the convention will have the possibility to visit a Cramo branch and a Ramirent branch, located near Stockholm.

The Convention will start on 8 June at 14.30 with the Plenary Session and the General Assembly.

In the evening of 8 June, the European Rental Awards Dinner will take place at the same venue.

On 9 June, the morning will be dedicated to workshops. Those workshops will give the opportunity to all of the participants to work together on some strategic issues for the future of the rental business.

Kjell A. Nordström, Swedish economist, writer and public speaker, will be the Guest Speaker and will deliver us his lecture just before the new President of the Association closes the Convention on 9 June. We are confident that the ERA Convention’s attendees will be impacted by his performance and will find support, inspiration and new ideas in Kjell Nordström’s lecture.

The registration to the Convention is open on our website, http://erarental.org/en/events/convention/era-convention-2016, where you will also find the full programme of the Convention.
