Time Danmark takes on the Skyjack distributorship

Time Danmark is expanding its scope with the distributorship of Skyjack's full range of products.

It will sell, support and service all Skyjack products in the Danish market. It said the products filled a gap in the product line-up of Time Danmark, enabling the company to meet more needs of rental companies in the future.

“Skyjack is a good fit for our rental line-up. It is a solid company with high quality products with superior user safety, and the self-propelled machines meet some of the needs our other products cannot meet,” added Torp, CEO of Time Danmark.

Time Danmark already retails vehicle mounted access platforms on trucks and vans from its own brand Versalift and from Germany-based Ruthmann, as well as tracked lifts from Italian manufacturer Hinowa.

In the past, Versalift almost exclusively focused on the market of streetlight maintenance and other energy-related tasks. But as the market moves towards lightweight vehicles, Versalift

is starting to introduce rental-friendly machines accessible to operators with a regular driver’s license.

Earlier this year, Time introduced the 3.5 tonne Versalift VTX-240 with two 3-stage telescopic booms mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis with a working height of 24 metres and an advanced electrohydraulic control system.
