Transport Priuska bought by Havator

"We have combined our resources in special transport, special logistics, and project work, and we can now offer our clients more extensive packages than ever. The business concepts of these two companies complement each other well," said Timo Riiho, Havator Transport CEO.

Transport Priuska is one of the oldest transport companies in Scandinavia. The business was founded by Niilo Priuska in 1926 and stayed in the family until the merger. The company, with a turnover of €12 million, will operate as an independent subsidiary of Havator Transport.

Priuska's fleet includes 40 tractor units and 70 special trailers. All 50 employees, together with the management, continue to work in Havator Group.

Havator Transport, based in Finland, employs 120 people and has almost 100 special tractor units. Following the deal, turnover will be nearly € 30 million.
