Vehicle mounted platform manufacturer Versalift UK has appointed Niall Brannigan as its new sales manager for the Republic of Ireland.

Brannigan, who has over 15 years of experience in the access sector, will be responsible for the region’s key accounts. He joined Versalift this month and will be based at the company’s offices in Naas, Co. Kildare.

The appointment comes as the company prepares to introduce a new hybrid van mounted platform and several new chassis mounted platforms into the UK and Ireland later this year.

Andy Bray, general manager director of Versalift UK, said, “Our market in Ireland has grown substantially so it’s important that we find people like Niall who have the experience and can pick up the pace as the country recovers from the effects of Covid and governments’ investment in infrastructure increases.”

Prior to joining Versalift, Brannigan worked for rental company Height for Hire as part of its sales and business development team.

Niall Brannigan, Versalift sales manager for Ireland, said, “With vehicle mounted platforms playing a key role in working safely at height, I am delighted to be joining the market leader, selling these vehicles.

“I look forward to being a part of the organisation and growing the Irish market for Versalift.”
