Video interview: Global construction equipment sales

The global construction market was expected to decline by around 5% in 2020 - that was before the Covid-19 pandemic. In the June issue of International Construction magazine Off-highway Research provide an exclusive three-page report on global construction equipment sales, examining the impact of the pandemic on sales and asking what it means for the future. 

In this video interview Chris Sleight, managing director of Off-Highway Research, speaks to International Construction editor Andy Brown to provide more information around this topic.

The conversation covers topics including the impact of China’s stimulus package, what sectors of construction could be the biggest winners and losers in a world changed by the pandemic and what sales could look like in 2021 and beyond.
