Warren Access’ new 33m Ruthmann Steiger gets to work with Contact Cleaners in Newcastle

Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK, based rental firm Warren Access took delivery of a 33m Ruthmann Steiger platform at the start of February and had the unit out on hire within 24 hours of arrival.

The tallest platform vehicle in the Warren Access fleet, the Ruthmann Steiger, offers a 21 m maximum outreach.

The platform is fitted onto a 7.5 tonne chassis, and therefore does not require an HGV licence. The working cage load is 320 kgs.

Newcastle based cleaning company Contact Cleaners was the first customer to hire the 33 m platform. The cleaning firm used the platform to clean windows on a seven-storey building at the Northumbria University.
