Warren Access has helped bring Christmas cheer to a Northumberland, UK, market town.

The access rental specialist has invested in a second Isoli PNT 210JD4 truck mount. Its first job was to erect the Christmas lights in Alnwick town centre.

Alnwick Christmas Lights Committee deploys the boom over several weekends to install the lights, which are largely paid for by donations from the local community.

Graeme Warren, managing director of Warren Access, said, “This is a rewarding but challenging task, as we are working against the clock and often in confined spaces, with overhead cables and other street furniture to contend with.

“We continue to see strong demand for 21m trucks on 3.5 tonne vehicles, which can be driven by anyone with a standard driving licence. The first PNT 210JD4 has been very popular with our customers so we were keen to invest in another.”

This latest addition is the fourth Isoli compact truck mount in Warrens' hire fleet, all of which were supplied by distributor Access Platform Sales (APS).

The Isoli PNT 210JD4 is a 21m articulating boom mounted on a 3.5 tonne Nissan Cabstar chassis and offers a dual pantograph boom and enhanced jib arc for precise positioning of the platform. A flat-bottomed basket makes it suitable for roofing work.

Improvements on the previous Isoli 210J model include increased safe working load from 200kg to 250kg.
