UK-based ZT Safety Systems has added an overtrouser safety harness to its ZT harness range.

The new addition to the company’s work at height safety equipment range can be worn as a fall restraint or fall safety harness. The overtrousers use a leg gaiter system that works with the body to distribute and absorb the forces experienced in the event of a fall, eliminating the use of groin straps.

There are no loose straps or lanyards to reduce the risk of catching on other equipment. There is also no 'D' ring, making the overtrousers comfortable to wear while driving.

The waterproof overtrousers, available in waist sizes ranging from 30 to 52 inches, can be worn over normal clothes to provide weather and soiling protection.

The overtrousers are fitted with side pocket access, adjustable studs at hem and have an elasticated waist. They are available in black, green, navy and HiVis yellow or orange.
