The Brazilian equipment rental association ALEC has chosen Mr Durval Gasparetti Cunha as its new president. Mr Gasparetti, who runs Rental Leasing Servy e Comércio Ltda (Rental Servy) business in Sao Paulo, will hold the post for two years. Mr Gasparetti takes over from previous president, Expedito Eloel Arena.

JLG has appointed Bob Nelson as vice-president, field sales and service for North America. This position was formerly held by Brent Yohn, who recently accepted the position of vice president and general manager for the Jerr-Dan Corporation, which, like JLG, is also an Oshkosh Corporation company.
