Schwartz adds Rogers lowboy

US contractor Schwartz Construction has added a new lowboy trailer to its fleet of construction vehicles.

The company bought a Rogers Tag-Along 25XXL, 25 US ton (22.6 tonne) capacity, triple axle trailer from Rogers Brothers Corporation, a local manufacturer of lowboy trailers.

It has a 22 foot (6.7 metre) deck with a 6 foot (1.8 m) beavertail and an 8 degree loading angle. Standard features include two-speed landing gear, adjustable pintle eye, ABS and spring brakes on all axles, larger tyres for increased gross axle weight rating, rubber mounted sealed beam lights with modular wiring harness, US DOT approved conspicuity markings and an extra long drawbar.
