German tower crane manufacturer Wolffkran has opened a new branch office in Dubai to serve the UAE, Saudi Arabia, wider Middle East, India and Africa.

The new premises offers training facilities for operators and engineers, technical support such as hook time analysis, and 24-hour customer service.

Wolffkran established a presence in the Middle East in 2006 when it entered into a joint venture with local family owned business Kanoo Group. Since then, its presence has grown to include a team of 50 and more than 150 cranes. Wolffkran machines are onsite at several construction projects in the UAE, including the Burj Residences, the Mafraq Hospital and the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.
