Baldwins Crane Hire, Slough, UK has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 and an LTM 1350-6.1 telescopic cranes. The two heavy lift mobile cranes will be added to the Baldwins’ Heavy Crane Division.

The eight-axle LTM 1500-8.1 has a seven-section, 84 metre telescopic boom. The maximum 91 m lattice jib extends the operating range to a 142 m hoisting height and 108 m reach, the company said. The six-axle LTM 1350-6.1 has a capacity of 350 tonnes.

Wayne Baldwin, managing director of Baldwins Crane Hire Limited, said, “The Liebherr LTM 1350 crane is a remarkably versatile crane, which fits neatly into our range. Its compactness, speed of setup and flexibility of operation gives us many different solutions to offer our customers when looking at their problems. This range of options is something that is increasingly important in these competitive times."
