Grove all terrains for concrete units

Two 100 tonne capacity Grove all terrain cranes are being used on commercial and residential projects in Cologne, Germany.
The cranes are owned and operated by contractor B.F.M, based in Bruggen. The company is part of the A-Z Mietpark organisation that provides construction equipment to projects across Germany.
The first of the cranes, a 110 tonne capacity GMK5110-1, is working at Deutsche Telekom’s headquarters. It has a 51 metre boom, which can be extended an additional 34 m with a jib. The crane is being used to install 15 concrete pillars a day. The pillars are 16 m long and weigh more than 14 tonnes each.
Also being operated by B.F.M is a GMK4100L. The four-axle 100 tonne capacity crane is being used to install a decorative concrete façade at a residential project. The façade was made up of 3 m tall sections that weighed 5.5 tonnes each.
Klaus Pahnke, B.F.M owner, said he invested in the two Groves because of their agility and precise load movement.
