Palfinger Dreggen and Koch Metalúrgica in JV

Crane manufacturers Palfinger Dreggen and Brazil-based Koch Metalúrgica will form a joint venture company to manufacture offshore cranes in Brazil.
The joint venture company, Palfinger Koch Montagens Industriais Ltda, will assemble, test and commission cranes for the offshore industry in Brazil. The company will be in Rio Grande do Sul.
The agreement is a partnership between Palfinger Dreggen do Brasil, based in Rio de Janeiro, and Koch Metalúrgica, in Cachoeirinha, Rio Grande do Sul.
