Scaffolding provider Peri has been providing its Peri Up modular scaffold system for restoration works being carried out at Bamburgh Castle in Northumberland, UK.

Last restored in 1900, the castle team are carrying out work to the outer curtain wall, removing vegetation and re-pointing stonework. Access to the wall’s façade is being provided via the Peri Up modular scaffold system, which is serving as a working platform with integrated access.

Simon Edgell of Bamburgh Castle said, “We are pleased with the adaptability and safety of the Peri Up system. Technical and product support on site has been excellent.”
