Dromad Hire has taken delivery of the first SkyJack SJ63 AJ articulating boom in Ireland. The purchase also included a range of battery scissor lifts ranging from 19ft to 32ft, as part of the firm’s ongoing fleet expansion plan.

Dromad Hire managing director Seamus Byrne said, “The SJ63 will provide our customers with that extra bit of reach, particularly for ‘up and over’ jobs. The battery scissor lift units are part of an upgrading plan, with also some additional units to our fleet. The SkyJack has proved to be the machine our customers now request, with new advanced features as standard, and reliability which is paramount.”

SkyJack Europe’s sales manager Glyn Goodwin said, “Dromad has taken quite a number of units now throughout 2013/14, which obviously demonstrates their commitment to deliver the most up-to-date product to their customer. And I look forward to 2015 being another successful year in working with Dromad.”
