Genie distributor Workplatform has supplied UK, Manchester-based Quick Reach with 13 Genie Runabouts, to bolster its new location in London.

The units were delivered within 24 hours from receipt of order. “If we have them in-stock we can turn the order out that day. To meet the customers’ requirements, workload was adjusted in our recently expanded service department,” said Jonathan Hull at Workplatform.

Within the 24 hours, all the units where fully charged, received software updates, got a full PDI, LOLER inspection, customer decals were fitted and each unit left with copies of the CE and LOLER certification in the machines document box.

“The Genie Runabouts were ready to rent immediately; this is just the sort of flexible service our expanding rental operations benefit from. This is part of a larger order so we will be working together again in the near future,” added David Barton, director, Quick Reach.
