David Beltrame, sales director and Emmanuel Cleyet-Marel, regional director, receive Snorkel scissors at the Access Industrie branch in Lyon, France.

Acces Industrie has placed an order for 60 Snorkel push-around and electric scissor lifts for its rental fleet.

The order, placed with Snorkel regional sales director for Europe, Enrique Garcia Delgado, consists of 10 Snorkel S3006P and 40 S3010P push-around mini scissor lifts, plus 10 electric slab scissor lifts, including S3219E, S3226E, S4726E and S4732E models.

With 29 locations and employing more than 350 people, France-based operates a rental fleet of over 5,000 aerial work platforms, telehandlers and industrial fork trucks.

“This order represents a significant investment in low level access equipment, which is proving popular with our customers in the industrial sector," said Pascal Meynard, managing director of Acces Industrie. "We were very impressed with the simplicity of the Snorkel products, as well as the innovative features built-into their electric scissors, such as the inside-out maintenance tray design.”

Enrique Garcia Delgado, regional sales director for Europe, said, “This order is a great fit for Acces Industrie, that will add further depth to their fleet, particularly in the low level sector. We are grateful to the Acces Industrie team for giving us the opportunity to showcase our products, and we look forward to developing our relationship in future.”

The first of the scissor lifts have been delivered and will be immediately deployed into the rental fleet.
