Isoli has started production of its new articulated MPT 140 platform mounted on a 4x4 pick up.

The model includes a 9m working height PT 90 platform, which can be installed on other vehicles. The configuration brings the machine to within 3.5 tonnes and uses high strength, light SSAB steel.

It provides a maximum working height of 13.3m, with a radius of about 7.2m. Maximum payload is 230kg, for two people.

The model has a four stabiliser A+A-type system, hydraulically operated by the distributor on the frame. A rotating turret of 400 °, limited to 270° in the case of the Nissan Navara pick up, is available within the shape of the vehicle.

The boom is single pantograph - a telescopic arm with sections and extension with a hydraulic double cylinder. The aluminum basket dimensions are 1400mm x 710mm x 1100mm, and includes automatic levelling and basket to ground positioning. Hydraulic rotation of the basket is +/- 90° with the centering control and dedicated light. There are also hydraulic proportional controls with the ability to run multiple operations simultaneously.

There are a range of control systems and indicator lights for anti-collision, moment limiter, load limiter.
