German rental company Zeppelin Group has acquired Stapler-Rent 2000’s strategic business unit rental division, expanding its product range by around 500.

Stapler-Rent 2000’s rental fleet includes forks, off-road and telescopic forklifts, as well as storage technology.

Zeppelin Group will also acquire the division’s 35 employees.

Peter Schrader, managing director of Zeppelin Rental, said, “Stapler-Rent has been present in the market for more than 15 years and has developed to a fixed size.

“With this acquisition, we are intensifying our expertise in forklift rental and expanding our rental fleet. Stapler-Rent has grown customer relationships, especially in the field of event and intralogistics, which optimally complements our existing target groups.”
