Extreme order from Haulotte

27 March 2017

UK-based Extreme Powered Platforms has invested in a range of Haulotte products including 10m, 14m and 17m reach telehandlers, 10m and 12m DX diesel scissor lifts, Star 6 and Star 10 vertical mast booms, electric HA12 CJ+ booms and HA16 RTJ Pros.

All of them will be distributed between the company’s West Midlands, London and Sussex depots.

Stuart Bond managing director of Extreme said, “After Haulotte factory visits to France and Romania last year I booked demonstrations of the above products. Haulotte have clearly listened to customer feedback and have come a long way in recent years. I am happy to share my thoughts and experiences with any of my fellow hire proprietors in the UK on the features and benefits I have learned from these newer products.”

These include the HA12 CJ + with its 180 degree rotating fly jib, built in diagnostics for easy fault finding.

Mr Bond adds, “Over the last month all of my engineers have been for certificated training days at Haulotte UK, Telford, and have taken something away from this process. Most of the new kit has built in diagnostics so it’s just been a case learning how to remotely fault find rather than be hands on, also for example, see how the new HA16 RTJ Pro booms we have bought, self diagnose issues.”
