Mills finds financial officer

Brazil-based Mills has found a new administrative financial and investor relations officer.

James Oliver Guerreiro Carneiro was elected to the role at a recent board meeting as a replacement to Sergio Kariya, who had taken over the position temporarily. Kariya will continue in his main role as CEO.

Guerreiro has more than 20 years of financial-based experience, having worked at PwC, Deloitte, Invepar, Metrô Rio and Cart, includiing as controller of Invepar and administrative financial and investor relations director of Metro Rio.

”We take this opportunity to thank Renata Vaz, who was temporarily responsible for the administrative and financial management of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. She will be now once more reporting to the administrative financial and investor relations officer,” said a company spokesperson.
