Time re-branded after sale

Following the Sterling Group’s acquisition of Time Manufacturing group from the O’Flatherty family in 2017, the company has been re-branded to shift the emphasis to the much-recognized Versalift brand.

The newly named Time Versalift, which specialises in vehicle mounted platforms, is the market leader for van mounted lifts.

The rebranding has been rolled out across all divisions of the Time Versalift group. Time International has been renamed Versalift International A/S, while sub-brands Time Export and Time Danmark have been unified under the name Versalift Denmark.

The company’s branches in France and the UK have also been changed to Versalift France and Versalift United Kingdom. All the Time Versalift divisions now carry the extension “A Time manufacturing company.”
