Irium’s Electronic Document Management (EDM) module is integrated into the company’s management software

The company’s customer relationship management (CRM) tools bring together customer information in one place to make it easier for firms to understand their customers. Irium has introduced a new marketing module that makes it easier to generate targeted e-mails. It also automatically generates tasks for sales people, which are received on the company’s iMob Contact mobile CRM.

Also, a new version of iMob Contact allows sellers and dealers to visualise the available stock, and sales managers can track the activity of their sales people.

Irium will also be presenting a module for generating electronic invoices, called Electronic Document Management (EDM). It is integrated into the company’s management software.

With this new module, electronic invoices can be sent individually or en masse and they can be automatically stored in the appropriate directory of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Having an electronic history of invoices makes for easier tracking and authentication.
