Ahern Chile and Ahern Argentina teamed up at this year’s ConExpo Latin America construction exhibition in Santiago, Chile.

Official distributors for access platform manufacturer’s Snorkel and Xtreme Manufacturing in their own territories, the sister companies represented both brands at the event. With Ahern Argentina’s support, Ahern Chile showcased a range of Snorkel platforms in honour of the brand’s 60th anniversary.

A total of seven different platforms were displayed, including the brand’s 11 meter Snorkel Speed Level SL30SL. Said to be able to climb compound gradients of up to 50%, the model can self-level without stabilisers up to 9 degrees front to rear and 13 degrees side to side, which means it can be driven on slopes at full height.

Also highlighted was Snorkel’s A62JRT diesel articulated boom lift, featuring optimised two-wheel steering and zero tail swing, and a maximum working platform height of 18.8 metres.

Ahern Chile and sister company Ahern Argentina, which was opened earlier this year are part of the Ahern International Division. they offer sales, service and spare parts for Snorkel and Xtreme Manufacturing products. Earlier this year tracked spider lift manufacturer Ruthmann Bluelift appointed both divisions as official distributors in their respective territories.
