In the previous 12 months Coleman had invested more than $100,000 in training, based on delivering and attracting new talent.

The company said that the development of its training matrix not only sets clear expectations of training and experience but also the opportunity for progression.

Coleman’s human resources and training manager Megan Walker received the award as the judges remarked: “Coleman showed great management of people.”
