Veit is exempt from the Minnesota ‘Stay Home Executive Order’

The company is based in Minnesota, where a “Stay Home Executive Order” becomes effective for at least two weeks starting at 11.59 pm tonight (Friday March 27) as the state attempts to slow the spread of the virus.

However, the order also includes a list of essential businesses including those in the construction and solid waste industries, such as Veit.

A company statement said: “Veit & Company, Inc. business is not currently impacted by the order and subsequent closure of non-essential business.

“As long as you’re working, we’re working alongside of you. We will continue to assist you at all our locations and job sites.

“We remain deeply committed to serving your needs, safety remains the number one priority and we look forward to continuing to work with you.”
