Using human resource KPIs in rental
By ERA26 May 2020
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable values that are used within organisations to determine how effectively key business objectives are being achieved.
The Future Group has published a report that looks at the different KPIs used by HR (human resource) departments of European Rental Association (ERA) members, during each phase of the employee life cycle, and how this data can be contextualised so that it is useful and actionable for companies to work with.
To refine this study, the consultant interviewed an expert on People Analytics, who provides his perspective on the use of KPIs and how HR KPIs and People Analytics could be used to improve the outcomes of HR departments in the rental sector.
