Haulotte Africa’s official distributor Farrisia has delivered 10 HTL 4017 to Etablissement Central de Construction (ECC), a subsidiary of the Algerian Ministry of Defense. ECC specializes in carpentry and public works.

Farissia also performed a training session with six ECC employees.

“We shared detailed information about the telehandlers and trained them to drive and park the machines,” said Kada Marsel, director of Farissia. “A focus was made on maintenance and safety.”

Haulotte’s range of HTL telehandlers uses several technologies enabling the operator to focus on lifting operations in complete safety. Three driving modes assure excellent maneuverability in any environment (2 WS, 4 WS or crab steer), Haulotte said.

“The delivery has been successfully completed,” said Didier Mertens, general manager of Haulotte Africa. “We already have very positive feedback from our customers. We hope to develop the telehandler market in Africa thanks to our fruitful partnership.”

Five additional machines have been delivered to Farissia with three of them are already ordered by clients.
