Kiloutou has introduced three new services across its network to help customers resume activities as Covid-19 restrictions are gradually lifted.

Valérie Marchand, Sales and Marketing Director of the France-based rental company, said,

“We conducted a large survey of our customers to understand their needs in the context of emerging from the crisis and resuming activity.

“Two issues have been identified: catching up with the delay caused by confinement, reviving work sites with new sanitary measures which lead to a decrease in productivity and additional financial costs.

“As a partner, we wanted to respond concretely to their expectations by offering services that bring more flexibility and efficiency.”

Kiloutou has extended its opening hours so that its depots will now be open on public holidays, Saturdays and throughout August to provide greater flexibility to customers. In line with this, the company’s customer service is now available all week from 6am to 10pm.

Kiloutou is also offering to deliver small equipment such as tools directly to construction sites in less than 2 hours. The company said contactless deliveries save time on site and provide full protection for its customers and staff.

In addition, Kiloutou will be absorbing the additional costs associated with the new sanitary measures, such as the extra cleaning of equipment.

These new services complement those already offered by Kiloutou, including 24/7 chat messaging on kiloutou.fr to reserve equipment or communicate with advisers, and the My Kiloutou customer area dedicated to managing rentals.

Marchand ended by saying, “These commitments are only the first step in our mobilisation towards our customers.”
