The awards, part of the World Demolition Summit which is now in its 13th year, take place on Thursday 12 November and despite the impact of Coronavirus on the industry there has been a healthy level of entries across all categories from both demolition contractors and equipment suppliers alike.

Our international judging panel, comprising nine industry professionals with more than 300 years’ experience between them, has been busy for the past month assessing the entries and it is clear the standard is as high as ever.

The World Demolition Awards are organised by Demolition & Recycling International in co-operation with the European Demolition Association and the National Demolition Association of the USA.

The headline sponsor is Volvo Construction Equipment.
