With more than 15 years of industry experience, Martin will take up the role, which was newly-created as part of the firm’s growth strategy.

Based near Inverness in Northern Scotland, Highland Hammer Hire (HHH) specialises in renting attachments for excavators, including breakers, augers, pallet forks, forestry mulchers, tree shears, crusher buckets, pulverisers and grabs.

Martin said, “I’m excited to be joining HHH Equipment Ltd. Though we’re a small passionate team, we are agile and flexible enough to grab any opportunity and grow the business.”

Formerly a National Account Manager for attachments manufacturer Epiroc, Martin will now be responsible for driving HHH Equipment’s growth in both the south of Scotland and across the UK.

The company’s Managing Director, Callum Mackintosh, said, “I am delighted to have Andy join the team at HHH Equipment. He has a wealth of experience in selling construction equipment for manufacturers and will be a real asset to the company. With Andy on board and a clear plan for what we want to achieve, I am feeling optimistic about the future.”
