Alimak Hek to open office in Dubai
Alimak Hek has announced that it is establishing operations in the Middle East. Opening of the sales support office, which will be in Dubai's Jebel Free Zone, is in line with Alimak Hek's strategy to expand into additional geographic markets.

Rob van Gelder will take over as chairman of Heijmans' Executive Board from 1 July following the resignation of Guus Hoefsloot. Joep Brentjens has also stood down as chairman of the company's Supervisory Board. He will be replaced from 1 July by André Olijslager, a member of the Supervisory Board since April last year.

Heijmans' executive chairman, Guus Hoefsloot has announced his resignation following a profits warning. Van Herk Groep, which controls some 10% of voting rights in the Dutch contract has also called for the resignation of the Supervisory Board's chairman Joep Brentjens.

Ramirent’s chief executive officer Kari Kallio is to retire from the company next year, no later than the company’s AGM in April 2009. He will continue in his post until his successor is found.
