The new product combines features of concrete crushers and scrap shears

The Italian company, which celebrates 55 years in business this year, says the new attachment is destined to influence demolition techniques, especially in the demolition of large infrastructures, where the external concrete structure incorporates a resilient metallic frame.

According to Mantovanibenne, this 6.5 t class shear combines the typical physiognomy of a concrete crusher with some features of scrap shears. The double-central-pin body ensure high resistance to stress and enables to transfer the full force of cylinders to the tips, even at the maximum jaws opening.

The jaws themselves, thanks to the special asymmetric design, can crush concrete and cut steel very effectively, and the interchangeable parts allow the user to maintain efficiency with some quick and simple maintenance interventions.

Other innovations to be presented at the Paris exhibition in April are the RP-IT range of rotating pulverisers, the improved MS range with a new design, some smaller models added to the line because of increased demand for small tools for mini excavators and high-reach applications.
