Mantall has introduced a new series of crawler mounted scissor lifts.

The electric-powered XE-CT tracked scissor, from the Chinese manufacturer, is able to work on soft ground and will not cause damage to terrain even when turned at zero degrees. The ‘tank style’ crawler system has low noise and low vibration, which is particularly suited to travelling at maximum speed over rough terrain. Being electric, the series also has zero exhaust emission and powerful climbing capabilities, with 40% gradeability. In addition, there is a full diagnostics system, with integrated fault alarms.

The first model in the XE-CT series is the 8m working height, 6m platform height XE80CT unit, which has a basket capacity of 230kg. The platform measures 1.84m x 0.9m x 1.1m, while stowed dimensions are 2.1m x 2.15m x 1m. The model’s ground clearance is 0.13m, while vertical tilt is 3 degrees and lateral tilt is 2 degrees. The scissor is powered by a 24V/225AH battery.
