The 10th annual Executive Hire Show is taking place on the 10th and 11th February, 2016, at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, UK.

This year an all-time record of 168 companies have committed to the event; and amongst these, 40 exhibitors are new to the show. The 2015 event attracted 2102 attendees, and the EHS team is confident that the 2016 Show will beat this record too.

A raft of new machines targetting rental buyers will be on show, from earthmovers to generators, lighting towers, access machines and cleaning equipment - and much more.

Takeuchi is showcasing its new three cylinder micro excavator – a 1.18 tonne model with tracks that adjust from 750mm to 1020mm. It is also introducing a diesel/electric hybrid mini – the TB216.

And Morris Site Machinery will be launching its new SMC TL-90 DC-ELV extra low voltage lighting tower – a compact and easy-to-transport mobile lighting tower with four 300W LED lamp heads.

More lighting towers will be on show from Shindaiwa, which will be exhibiting its new ECO Solar Hybrid lighting tower, which it claims uses an average of 1.46L of fuel per day for a running time of up to 60 days.

Meanwhile, Cummins Power Generation is showcasing three enhanced EU Stage IIIA-certified rental specification generator sets: 20kVA, 60kVA and 100kVA. Together with many other standard features, these products offer improved bus bar connections, upgraded socket options, enhanced load cable routing, and added relay protection box and frequency switch, resulting in more reliable operation.

For its part, Makita is showing its new AVT HM1812 electric breaker. This introduces a new vibration damping system that is said to separate impact generation from motor housing, producing four hours 43 minutes of work before exposure limit values are reached.

Generac Mobile Products will have its 60kVA generator on show, and a new 152mm water pump and Smart Dustfighter (pictured). The VB9 tower light together and Hydropower Cube will also be on the stand.

And Avant Tecno (UK) will showcase its new 200 Series of compact tool carriers, which boasts choice of over 150 attachments. There are four models in the new 200 Series, all powered by Kohler petrol engines.

Meanwhile, McCloskey International will be showcasing its new Fuel Hubs product line for on-site fuel storage tanks in eight sizes from 450L to 10000L. The show will be the product launch into the European market.

Kubota UK will have its new RT range of wheeled loaders and tracked dumpers on display. A total of 11 new machines will enter the UK market over the next few months.

The Preparation Group will be launching the PPC Trolley Mounted Hand Grinder for confined floor areas at the show, along with the compact 202DSLP Longopac Vacuum.

Fairport Construction Equipment is launching its new FP07-20 hydraulic breaker. Powered by a Honda GX200 engine, it has high power but less bulk and lighter weight.
