Start-up company Equippo, an online marketplace for used heavy equipment from the US and Europe, has launched a full money-back guarantee and free return shipping for all construction equipment purchased through its website.
According to Equippo, the guarantee will give customers the opportunity to test machines extensively for five days on site. At the end of this time, if they are not satisfied, customers can return the equipment, no matter where in the world they are located, and will receive a full refund.
The company hopes that this initiative will encourage more buyers to purchase used machinery without the fear of encountering hidden damage or dishonest sellers. To further promote peace of mind all machines are inspected by independent experts so potential buyers know exactly what technical shape the machine is in.
