The Liebherr crane lifting wind turbine components

Al Faris installed turbine components weighing between 64 and 90 tonnes

Al Faris has undertaken work on a wind energy project in Jordan.

The company used a 500 tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1500 wheeled mobile telescopic crane to install the wind turbines.

Al Faris said the model, which was transported from its Saudi Arabia branch, was selected as it was the most suitable to carry out the installation safely.

The project, which required advanced planning and technical support, involved lifting loads weighing between 64 tonnes and 80 tonnes.
