Chinese order for Hiab

On-road load handling equipment manufacturer Hiab, part of the Cargotec Corporation, has received an order for 50 loader cranes from Shanghai Longcheng Special Purpose Vehicle Company. According to Hiab, the value of the order is approximately EUR 1 million and it has been booked into Cargotec’s 2017 second quarter order intake. The equipment will be delivered by the end of 2017.

Hiab’s 111B-2CLX loader crane will be used for waste management applications

The order is for Hiab’s 111B-2CLX loader crane. The company says it is a versatile machine with a 10 tm capacity which will be used for waste management applications. “We are very happy to receive this order,” said Walter Wang, head of sales and services at Hiab in China. “The solution we deliver is for a Molok application ­- which is led by Longcheng in the Chinese market. We will deepen our cooperation with Longchen in the environmental segment in the future.”
