New 20 tonne Kato city crane for Crowland Cranes in the UK

Crane company Crowland Cranes in the UK has taken delivery of a new Kato city crane.

The 20 tonne capacity CR 200Rf has a 28 metre full power boom plus a 4 to 5.8 m hydraulic fly jib and a 5 tonne searcher hook. The new crane replaces a Terex AC 30 wheeled mobile crane, according to UK and Ireland Kato dealer Rivertek UK which supplied the new unit.

Peter Issit, Crowland Cranes managing director, commented “We are delighted to add a new Kato city crane to our rental ffleet. We like the build quality and reliability of Japanese-manufactured cranes and we are sure that this new Kato will fit into our rental fleet well.”

Ivan Bolster at Rivertek commented, “It’s been a pleasure dealing with Peter and the Team at Crowland Cranes. We are sure this crane will be a success within Crowland Cranes’ fleet and we look forward to supporting Peter and the team in the future.”
