Rental company Energy Generator Hire (EGH) has ordered 40 lighting towers from manufacturer Trime UK.

According to the manufacturer, the X-ECO LED lighting uses approximately £336.00 (€432.56) less in fuel each month when compared to many traditional lighting sets. It said that the energy-saving sets were developed with sustainability in mind and are popular with many rental companies, construction firms and event organisers.

EGH, which rents and sells a wide range of plant and equipment to businesses and individuals, made the purchase in response to increasing market demand and now has nearly 100 X-ECO LED lighting units in its rental fleet.
