With the acquisition, Germans Homs will be adding two new commercial branches to its footprint

With this move, the Spanish generalist rental company Germans Homs will be adding two new commercial branches to its footprint – one in Sant Julià de Ramis, Girona, and the other in Llers, Figueres – thereby strengthening its position in the Spanish rental market. As a result of the purchase, the company will create a division specialising in the rental of machinery and generators for events

Part of Germans Homs’ inorganic growth strategy, the acquisition was supported by the Institut Català de Finances and Suma Capital.

Germans Homs will continue to offer the rental services provided by Llogater to its customers, but with the additional possibility of renting other types of assets. These will include super-silent generators, heaters and refrigerators, as well as fencing, changing rooms, mobile toilets and machinery for working at height.

The company stated its intention to grow and become a global rental provider for the events industry.
