Makinex’s US expansion

Manufacturer Makinex has relocated its depot in Southern California, US.

Moving from its shared office in Redondo Beach, where its been since 2015, the company has moved to Torrance, where it will take over the entire space.

Makinex is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, but is a global player, with operations in Australia, the US and UK.

The company said the headquarters would enable the business to accommodate clients more effectively and efficiently. It added that the building was designed to make inefficiencies extinct – a motto which the company lives by.

Peter Maginnis, general manager, said, “This is such an exciting time for Makinex and marks a huge milestone for the company.

“The employees and customers will all greatly benefit from this move, and we couldn’t be more proud.”

Meanwhile, Brandy Carmona, operations manager, added, “The new space absolutely mirrors one of our biggest company values: innovation. We will without a doubt improve on our promise to deliver innovative, quality solutions to the market, making our clients lives easier and more efficient.”
