Manitou debuts MT 5519 telehandler
Shown for the first time at World of Concrete 2012, the MT 5519 was debuted from French manufacturer Manitou. The unit joins the compact MT series product range, offering an overall height of 6 feet, 4 inches (1.93m) with a turning radius of 11 feet (3.35m). The unit's boom provides a reach height of 19 feet, 1 inch (5.8m) and has the same welded box-section design as its bigger siblings in the MT series.
New compact RT telehandler for Manitou's North American customers
Manitou has launched a new rough terrain telehandler for its North American markets. The MT 5519 telescopic handler has a low-profile compact frame with an overall height of 1.93m (6ft 4in) and a turning radius of 3.35m (11ft) making it manoeuvrable in low buildings and confined job sites.
Manitou and Yanmar form North American alliance

Gehl and Mustang telehandlers receive Tier IV engine upgrades
Gehl's RS5-19 telehandler has received an engine upgrade, along with Mustang's 519 telehandler. Both brands fall under the Manitou Group. The EPA certified Interim Tier IV Yanmar 68 hp (50.7 kW) naturally-aspirated engine "provides the power needed for demanding jobsites, while providing reduced fuel consumption," the company said. The upgraded Interim Tier IV engine meets the latest emissions standards.
