智利政府近日公布一系列计划，拟成立一家国有企业，管理基建项目资金。
该名为Fondo de Infaestructura的公司，99%将由财政部控股，1%由国家开发机构Corfo控股。
为了通过促进政府参与公私合营，刺激公共工程投资，并推动本国萧条的经济，该公司的初始资金为90亿美元。
预计，随着其逐渐远离政治影响，该公司将能够更快地处理大型新项目合同。
该公司将能够为其参与的项目发行债务及提供担保。
