South African transportation company CTS East has extended its fleet with a Faymonville low pendular-axle PA-X semi-trailer. The five-axle PA-X has a suspension stroke of 600 mm which, Faymonville says, means the trailer is effective off-road.

It has a steering angle of 60 degrees. The manufacturer said this degree of manoeuvrability also extends the lifetime of the trailer’s tyres.

The low loader has a basic width of 3,000 mm, an hydraulic gooseneck, double ramps with anti-slip rubber, and a load platform that can be extended from 11,500 mm up to 27,400 mm.
