Cable carriers for crane applications

The TKHD series of cable carriers from German cable carrier manufacturer Tsubaki Kabel Schlepp are designed for heavy duty applications with long travel lengths and high loads. The company said this makes them particularly suitable for applications in the crane industry.

According to Tsubaki Kabel Schlepp, the cable carriers have been built to be robust and run quietly. In addition, the inner height of the cable carrier can be adjusted in 1mm increments. According to Peter Sebastian Pütz, head of crane business at Tsubaki Kabel Schlepp, “Plastic cable carriers of this size with a smaller pitch were previously not available in the industry, so we are filling a gap in the market.”
