Cramo has added 75 floor grinders from HTC Sweden AB to its rental fleet in Sweden. The order comprises 30 single-phase HTC 420 models and 45 three-phase HTC 500 and 650 models.

HTC said the contract includes training of Cramo staff in Sweden, and the establishment of a stock of diamond tools in some Cramo depots in Stockholm.

Cramo's customers are using the grinders mainly for concrete leveling, the removal of old floor coverings and wood sanding, said HTC.

"The demand for grinding machines is vast at the depots and HTC is a supplier that meets our quality requirements", said Anders Barchéus, product manager at Cramo, "With this agreement, we think that Cramo clearly shows that floor grinding is an important market that we continue to invest in".

The stock of diamond tools means that customers will have access to the most common diamond segments all the time. Cramo's depot at Kungsholmen in Stockholm is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, meaning that customers will have continuous access to diamond tools; "Since many grinding jobs are done at night and on weekends, HTC's diamond tools will always be available in the Stockholm area", said HTC.

Henrik Pettersson, business unit manager at HTC said; "It is obviously great that we have continued confidence to deliver more grinders to Cramo. Cramo is the largest machine rental company in Sweden, and thus one of our key customers."
