Dinolift will launch a new lightweight boom at Bauma.

The four-wheel drive Dino 220RXT boom has outriggers and is the latest addition to the lightweight RXT series launched in 2017.

The 22m working height 220RXT is the smallest in the series and features the company’s new ultra-high strength steel boom construction. The two-section boom offers unlimited outreach of 12m at a basket capacity 230kg. As an optional feature, the 220RXT can be fitted with an XL basket for two operators while increasing the safe working load to 250kg, monitored by a load sensor under the basket.

With the same features as the larger 280RXT, it suits work sites with weight restrictions including delicate inside floors. It also offers off-road and levelling capability on uneven terrain. The company says a powerful Kubota engine, combined with a low weight of 4700kg, and low centre of gravity allows it to move easily in challenging ground conditions.

“Maintaining low overall weight brings advantages in energy efficient use and transportation, as well as in lower maintenance and operating costs. It also takes into account environmental aspects by reducing emissions,” said the company.

Dinolift will be at stand FS 1306/1.
