Designed for use with the company's skid steer loaders and compact excavators, the HB60 and HB85 are John Deere's latest additions to its line of Worksite Pro attachment range. The HB60 weighs 273 kg (600 lb) and has a maximum blow rate per minute of 1,200, while the larger HB85 weighs in at 386 kg (850 lb) and provides 960 bpm. Designed as a solid body design, not requiring side bolts, their low pressure, nitrogencharged design minimises recoil, while a narrow shape allows them to be used in confined workspaces. Deere's Worksite Pro breakers make use of hydraulics and a gas-assist cycle to develop their force instead of a high pressure accumulator. This, the company claims, results in more efficient operation and a high power-to- weight ratio, and with few seals and moving parts requiring no special tools, they provide durability and simplified maintenance.
